Retreat Recap: Team Spirit & Updates
Early August the NeoPeople team gathered for our annual retreat in the picturesque setting of the village of Hopkins, Belize. We took time to align our company vision, tackle challenges head-on, and develop a strategic plan for the future. Creative solutions were brainstormed, and new strategies were explored to elevate the client experience. This retreat also fostered a spirit of collaboration and ambition, encouraging us all to aim high and continuously improve.
